Assolim was founded in 2014 following the merger of two long-established Catalan family businesses, Solé and Himsa. This merger allowed for increased purchasing capacity, optimized distribution routes, expanded product range, and a more professional service. Currently, the company has over 65 years of accumulated experience in the sector and serves more than 7,000 customers, offering a comprehensive service that ranges from culinary consulting to the distribution of a wide variety of products.
