CAFE DROMEDARIO

Café Dromedario was founded in 1871 in Santander. Its creator is Mr. Antonio Fernández Baladrón, an entrepreneur ahead of his time, committed to Santander and his fellow citizens. He was president of the Chamber of Commerce on two occasions, Councilor of Finance, founder of the Athenaeum, member of the committees that managed the construction of the Magdalena Palace and the Royal Hotel, among many other initiatives. Since its creation, Café Dromedario has maintained its status as the quintessential coffee of Cantabria and the absolute leader in the region.
