CÀRNIQUES DE JUIÀ, S.A. is a company belonging to the Meat Sector located in the town of Juià in the Province of Girona, 50 km from the French border and 100 km from important maritime cargo docks. It is part of the group of pioneer industries in this field that implemented a Quality Assurance System based on the ISO standard, having in its System the necessary and sufficient mechanisms for the operation of H.A.C.C.P. (Analysis of Hazards and Critical Control Points).
All the pigs that are processed here are the result of elaborate genetic and nutritional studies. With this we ensure the maximum quality and homogeneity of the meats.
Industrial activities:
The scope of activity of the Organization is the cutting and storage of meat from pig carcasses obtained from animals born, fattened and slaughtered in Spain.
