Our philosophy is to be in harmony with nature, with the minimum interventions to make a wine as natural as possible and using the best grapes, so that our wines have a unique personality and a full expression, born of the interaction between the soil, the vines, the micro climate and human work.
We pursue to make unique wines, so that opening a bottle of any of our wines is an experience to enjoy...a succession of sensations that bring us closer to the expression of your soul (soil, vines, climate and work). An intense, emotional and unique experience.
This work is not done in a year or two, it is a work of a generation, it is a work of a life and therefore we must have patience and perseverance to achieve it. Follow us and do not judge us very severely because we are beginning and understanding the rhythms of the vine and wine
We put an exquisite care in all processes, from the vineyard to the winery, because we believe that all wine is the result of the connection between grapes, soil, environment, climate and processing. Our project pursues an increasingly genuine product, a farm wine that improves each vintage.
We flee from labels, we are simply wine growers. We use the tools or knowledge that we have acquired over the course of 16 years, dedicating ourselves to viticulture, in order to achieve the harvest and not to damage the plants. We work taking into account the cosmic rhythms and the life of the soils that are studied in biodynamic viticulture, but we also use when necessary fungicide products of modern industry. For years we have not used herbicides and it never occurred to us to use an insecticide because we look for balance, we need to make a viticulture that combines millenary practices with modern science because it is the way to alleviate the ills of our time and thus be able to make the wine that let us live from our work.
We do not like prejudices and we try not to have them, we want and we believe that the fair thing is that our wines speak and that is what should be of concern to people without complexes.
Wine is the end of all this, we look for wines with soul, look for them in them and if they do not find it penalize us but try with your eyes closed and your mind clean if you never find it.
