History
The company was founded in 1960 by the Villar Hernández family with the construction of a small sausage factory. Over the years, it has maintained a family-owned character, passing through several generations. In 2018, it was acquired by the Costa Business Group, becoming part of the Costa Food Group. It currently has two production plants in Soria and Badajoz, and participates in other companies in the sector. It has expanded its presence internationally and has received recognition for the quality of its products.


Product types
It offers a wide range of meat products, including Iberian and Serrano hams, shoulders, loins, chorizos, salchichones, torreznos, marinated sausages, cured meats, and sliced meats in various formats. Among its most notable products are the DOP Dehesa de Extremadura Iberian Acorn-Fed Ham, the "Maestros del Corte" sliced Iberian products, and reduced-salt hams and cured meats.
