The company has a family cheesemaking tradition that dates back to the 1950s, when it was founded by José Martín, who was already familiar with sheep cheesemaking through the family business. Since then, it has maintained a philosophy of maximum quality and traditional methods in the production of its cheeses.
Product types
It offers artisan sheep cheeses in different stages of aging: cured (minimum 107 days), aged (minimum 180 days), and aged (minimum 270 days). Highlights include the JM Cured Cheese, the JM Old Cheese, and the JM Aged Cheese, available in whole pieces and wedges.
