-Promote the production methods of organic farming informing consumers about it and about the characteristics that make up its quality differential, based on its specific characteristics and the methods or techniques used that respect the environment.-Promote the products under the denomination "Ecological Agricultural Production" .- Ensure compliance with European regulations, Regulation (EC) 834/2007, on the production and labeling of organic products and their development regulations. - Manage and keep updated public records of operators (producers, processors, marketers) under this figure of quality in La Rioja. - Carry out statistics on production, processing and marketing of the products under the Ecological Agricultural Production, both for internal use and for its dissemination and general knowledge. -Propose and technically support the preparation of studies and to execution of projects of productive reconversion of the agricultural exploitations and of agro-alimentary companies that wish to initiate productions or elaborations according to the methods of the Ecological Agrarian Production. -Manage the quotas that are established on the part of the Ministry tutelante. -To elaborate, to approve and to manage your budgets
