Biosurya was born in 1978 in a small kitchen at home. The founders of the company, Juan and Teresa, were determined to carry out a small dream: to make life easier for those who wanted to live a healthy life without sacrificing the taste of good food.
From that small kitchen, they kneaded with their own hands the first croquettes, and little by little, their clientele was expanding, and thus also increased the supply and demand of the market.
They decided to create such innovative products (especially for the time, they ran the 70s) as chorizo or vegetable sausage, which soon became a best seller. Thus, Juan and Teresa decided to leave their main occupations to devote themselves fully to the development of their products. Soon they rented a shop with a small workshop, and after several years, the sales success led them to open a large warehouse, and to acquire cutting-edge machinery for the development of a wide range of products.
