Després d'una llarga tradition in l'elaboració de cava familiar, the nostre celler goes to decide the 1996 comercialitzar the seu produte més preuat: the cava.
Tot i la seva comercialització s'ha volgut keep the mathematic philosophy and experience that ens veure néixer. Semper hem apostat per a traditional method of elaboration, fent a strict and meticulós seguiment of each ampoule of cava, des de l'inici fins the end of seva confecció, ja that creiem in the singularitat of tots and each one of the nostres productes .
History
The company was founded in 1996 by Joan Carol, following a long family tradition of cava production. It was established in the Can Parellada farmhouse, which the family has owned for over 100 years. Initially, Joan Carol and Teresa Vallès began marketing the family cavas, and over time, the company became recognized for its commitment to the traditional method and long aging. Currently, the second generation, led by Guillem Carol, continues the project with a strong commitment to sustainability, the environment, and wine tourism, cultivating 13 hectares of organic vineyards in Subirats.
