In its beginnings, it specialized in the elaboration of salted anchovies, following a business strategy based on a first quality raw material - Cantabrian origin - and an exhaustive control in the elaboration process. This business strategy has allowed the company to evolve towards new market demands, progressively diversifying its products and always taking into account the principles and values...??of sustainability.
We select and prepare our products still fresh, prioritizing the origin of the raw material and taking advantage of the most advanced technology together with the know-how of the tradition transmitted generationally, thus guaranteeing a quality that can only be offered under the supervision of a qualified team of professionals . All this has allowed us to obtain several recognitions to the quality of the product, including the three stars of the Great Taste Award 2013, awarded by The Guild of Fine Food (United Kingdom), as a prize for the "best anchovy of the year".
The company has a commercial organization both nationally, which allows us to be present with our products in food chains, catering and specialized stores, as well as internationally, with presence in Austria, Germany, Italy, Denmark, USA, Mexico, Guatemala and the United Kingdom among others.
