VIRCAR was born in 1999 with the help of professional artisans of the pastry and bakery. Our products integrate traditional recipes and new technologies through an industrial production system. Thanks to our formulas and through the industrialization of our products, we get an artisan flavor adapted to an industrial price. This leads us to specialize in campaign products, such as roscones de Reye ...s, donuts, torrijas, etc. However, we are known for offering our clients a personalized service. This means that our technical team can adapt to the needs of each client to offer them exactly that unique product they are looking for. We carry out the design and production of our products according to the demand of our customers. We produce both sweet and savory products and we can present our products in the frozen format since we have plenty of facilities to serve this market at an industrial level. We use high quality raw materials, selecting our key suppliers among companies with high certified food quality standards: IFS, BRC, ISO22000. We verify directly the suitability of the manufacturing processes and installations of our suppliers, moving us to the very origins of the products we use. In VIRCAR we believe in people and therefore we have a staff of around 90 professionals who ensure both the proper functioning of the factory and the artisan taste of our products.
