PRODUCTOS LÁCTEOS ARTESANALES S.L., is an artisan cheese company of Fuente Palmera, province of Cordoba (Andalusia, located at the south of Spain) with an experience of more than 30 years in the milk and cattle market. As inheritors of the cheesemaking traditions brought by the German, Swiss and Italian settlers to repopulate this area of Andalusia 250 years ago, our cheesemakers have managed t ...o combine the old cheese making recipes with the most modern techniques, maintaining and updating our gastronomic heritage. We produce in our plant artisan cheeses with goat's milk and mix (cow-goat) selected from the best milk we collect every day, seeking to differentiate ourselves from industrial standardization. We want to satisfy consumers who are looking for a quality product with a good price ratio and who value craftsmanship, a gastronomic experience of respect for the roots.
