Azucarera's Java Sugar is a whole, unrefined muscovado-type brown sugar of 100% natural origin, from Mauritius. Thanks to its higher cane honey content compared to demerara sugar, it has a greater intensity of flavour and aromas. It has a creamier and moister texture than other brown sugars. For this reason, it contains a few drops of glycerin to ensure its manageability.
