Recommendation for use Directo del congelador, colocar 1 ración (3 unidades) en una bandeja apta para horno o microondas según se desee y cubrirlo con una salsa bechamel o similar que tenga una temperatura aproximada de 60ºC. HORNO (recomendado): Hornear a 200ºC durante 20 minutos. Si el horno tiene ventilador, hornear durante 15 minutos. Con descongelación previa (5h en nevera): Hornear a 200ºC durante 12 minutos o durante 7 minutos si el horno tiene ventilador. MICROONDAS: Calentar 5 minutos a 900W. Con descongelación previa (5 horas en nevera): Calentar 2 minutos a 900W.
