High percentage dark chocolate, made with cocoa from Nicaragua in the Bosawas nature reserve. This chocolate is defined by its floral notes and citrus touches of lemon and orange that harmonize with nutty and vegetal notes.


Features

  • Pure cocoa produced using the "Bean to Bar" process, from cocoa beans from the mountainous region of Alto Piura in Peru. We control the roasting of the cocoa to enhance and care for the aromas of this specialty cocoa, and we conch the recipe for 48 hours, so that these aromas can be appreciated in the bar during tasting.
