Made from Viura grapes with an average age of 60 years and Tempranillo Blanco. The old vineyards also contain individual vines of other varieties. Harvested manually, destemmed, and then cold macerated for 12 to 24 hours. Gentle pressing, static settling, and alcoholic fermentation, stopping at the precise moment to achieve the perfect balance between alcohol, sugar, and acidity. Clean and bright, straw-yellow in color with grayish edges. Very clean and intense on the nose, with a strong presence of floral aromas, aromatic herbs, and nuances of white fruits. At the same time, it is sweet and refreshing, balancing the sugar with the acidity typical of the area and the carbon dioxide residue present at the end of fermentation. The result is an intense, attractive, and youthful wine.
