LABASTIDA red wine bottle 0.75 L Matured

Made from Tempranillo plots from all over Labastida, from 450 to 670 metres above sea level. All the plots are our own and are harvested by hand. The grapes are destemmed upon receipt at the winery. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 4 days until the spontaneous start of alcoholic fermentation. Subsequent ageing for 6 months in French and American oak barrels. Medium-layered core with a purple hue that turns red at the rim. Intense on the nose, with a mixture of varietal aromas of red fruit and those typical of barrel ageing: coffee, vanilla and tobacco. Easy on the palate, with medium volume and a fresh and complex aftertaste where the mixture of varietal aromas and the nuances achieved during its time in the barrel reappears.
