LABASTIDA Rosé Wine 0.75 L bottle

Made from a selection of Garnacha vineyards distributed throughout the Labastida area and located between 450 and 670 meters above sea level. After manual harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and macerated very lightly with the skins. The must is then bled and lightly racked. Alcoholic fermentation then takes place, after which the lees are aged in tanks for several months until bottling. Clean and bright, salmon-colored. Pure fruit essence, with intense aromas of pear, melon, orange peel, and some red fruit. On the palate, it is playful, fresh, and easy-going, thanks to the presence of good acidity and traces of residual carbon dioxide from the alcoholic fermentation.
