MANUEL QUINTANO red wine bottle 1.5 L Particular Selection

www.manuelquintano.com

Made with Tempranillo grapes from the upper Labastida area (500-670 meters above sea level) from vineyards over 40 years old, cultivated on calcareous loam soils. Pre-fermentation maceration for four days until the spontaneous onset of alcoholic fermentation. The wine is produced plot by plot in small open tanks with manual pumping over and treading. It is then aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. Clean and bright, with intense coloring and a cherry red color. A complex nose rich in a variety of nuances. Floral aromas blend with balsamic, menthol, and scrubby notes. Full-bodied and velvety throughout the palate, it has great structure without being overpowering. The same goes for the wood, which plays a distinctly prominent role in the wine. Long, persistent, and very fine.
