Red wine MANUEL QUINTANO LOS HERREROS bottle 1.5 L

Los Herrreros is a 75-year-old Garnacha vineyard located at an altitude of 510 meters on limestone sand soil. 80-85% of the harvest has been destemmed. The wine is produced in a small open tank with manual pumping and treading, removing the stems by hand as they shed during fermentation. The wine is then aged for 15 months in used 500-liter French oak barrels. Clean and bright, with intense coloring and a cherry red color. Intense, delicate, and complex nose, with notes of cherry, orange peel, and balsamic hints. Full-bodied on the palate, supporting a present and integrated acidity. The long, enveloping finish features subtle hints of wood that add to the overall balance.
