MANUEL QUINTANO white wine bottle 0.75 L

www.manuelquintano.com

Made with a base of Viura grapes over 70 years old and a touch of Tempranillo Blanco. The vineyard averages 600 meters in altitude, and the soil is sandy and calcareous. A 24-hour cold pre-fermentation maceration is followed by very gentle pressing and flotation settling. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels of varying uses and capacities, ranging from 225 to 500 liters. A subsequent 11-month aging process in the same barrels on its own lees, with two batonnages per week. Clean and bright, with a straw-yellow color and golden hues. Very complex aromatically. Floral and tropical aromas are presented, accompanied by notes of quince and nuts. Powerful from the start, it presents ample volume in the middle of the palate and good, well-integrated acidity. A sweet and persistent finish where the aromatic complexity once again emerges.
