Made with 95% Tempranillo and 5% Garnacha from vineyards over 30 years old throughout the Labastida area, at between 450 and 670 metres above sea level, cultivated on the diverse soils found in Labastida. Pre-fermentation maceration for 4 days until the spontaneous start of alcoholic fermentation. Production plot by plot in small open tanks with manual pumping over and stomping. Ageing for 12 months in French oak barrels. Cherry core with a high layer and violet reflections. Intense on the nose, with a predominance of a significant load of red fruit and toasted and chocolate nuances from the time spent in the barrel. Well structured on the palate, with a wide volume and a present acidity providing freshness. The finish is intense, long and persistent, where a significant presence of red fruit reappears.
