MANUEL QUINTANO red wine bottle 0.75 L Reserve

Made from a single, century-old plot of Tempranillo, situated 470 metres above sea level, on clay-calcareous soil. Pre-fermentation maceration for 4 days until the spontaneous start of alcoholic fermentation in a small open tank, with manual pumping over and stomping. Subsequently, it is racked into French oak barrels, where it ages for 24 months. Covered, with a deep colouring layer and picota cherry tones. Powerful and complex nose with a multitude of intermingled nuances. Balsamic aromas, black fruit, chocolate and vanilla. Full and well-structured on the palate. Voluminous and elegant at the same time. The finish is long and very complex, with an aftertaste of elegant and well-integrated wood nuances: coffee with milk, pastries and chocolate.
