MANUEL QUINTANO red wine bottle 0.75 L Garnacha

El Crucero is located in Briñas, next to the Ebro, at an altitude of 450 metres. It has 0.22 ha and a very poor loamy soil. El Portillo is in Salinillas de Buradón (Labastida). It is a southern slope with a 30% slope, with poor loamy soil that is located at an altitude of 600 metres. Los Herreros is in Labastida, at 550 metres above sea level. It has 0.48 ha of sandy loam soil. These are three of our best bush-cultivated plots of Garnacha. Manual harvesting and separate processing of each plot with manual pumping over and treading. Ageing, also separately for 12 months in French oak barrels. Picota cherry colour with violet reflections and high layer. Clean and bright. Very high aromatic intensity where balsamic and medicinal aromas mix with those of sour strawberry. Bakery aromas also appear. Balanced on the palate, without any rough edges, thanks to the balance between the concentration of the grape and the time in the barrel, which adds volume without stealing the limelight from the varietal character of the wine. Long, round and persistent finish.
