MANUEL QUINTANO white wine bottle 0.75 L

Made with a base of Viura over 70 years old and a little Tempranillo Blanco. The average altitude of the vineyard is 600 metres and the soil is sandy-calcareous. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 24 hours. Very gentle pressing and de-racking by flotation. Alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels of different uses and capacities, from 225 to 500 litres. Subsequent ageing for 11 months in these same barrels on its own lees with two batonnages per week. Clean and bright, straw yellow in colour with golden highlights. Very complex aromatically. The floral and tropical aromas are accompanied by notes of quince and dried fruit. Powerful from the start, it presents its great volume in the middle of the mouth and a good, well-integrated acidity. Sweet and persistent finish where the aromatic complexity appears again.
