MANUEL QUINTANO LA CALAVERA white winebottle 0.75 L

La Calavera is a Viura wine located at 525 metres above sea level. Its soil is sandy and reddish, with abundant presence of gravel. Maceration with skins for 24 hours after destemming. Very gentle pressing and subsequent racking. Fermentation in 225-litre French oak barrels, where the wine remains after fermentation with 2 batonnages per week for 24 months. Clean and bright, yellow with golden nuances beginning to appear. The varietal profile of the Viura, the work of the lees and the presence of wood add both on the nose and in the mouth to make the wine extraordinarily complex. It is oily and broad in the mouth, where an extraordinary aging potential can be guessed.
