Pinoso Clásico red wine bottle 0.75 L

A special organic wine with great personality thanks to the Monastrell variety, the queen of our vineyards. The grapes are carefully and expressly selected for this wine. They come from old vineyards in mid- to high-altitude areas (500-700 m) with low yields. This results in highly concentrated, organoleptic grapes. Maceration after destemming takes place in stainless steel tanks for 25 days at a controlled temperature, with continuous pumping over. The full potency of the variety is intensified by aging the grapes for 6-12 months in oak barrels (50% American and 50% French), where the wine achieves a balance of notes and flavors. It is then finished with bottle aging for another 12-18 months.
