Pinoso Alta Expresión red wine, 0.75 L bottle

A limited-production wine, made exclusively from the area's native Monastrell grape. This is a clear commitment to making the most of the terroir of the municipality of Pinoso and its surroundings. The grapes come from our selection of dry-farmed vineyards over 45 years old, cared for year-round with the utmost care and following organic farming regulations. The yields per vine are very low, resulting in grapes of enormous complexity and high concentration. Traditional vinification, with controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 28-30°C with constant pumping over and prolonged post-fermentation maceration, to achieve the maximum expression of each grape. Its long aging in new oak barrels for 9-12 months and subsequent aging in the bottle have achieved a harmonious development of this highly expressive wine.
