Red Wine VERGEL SELECTION bottle 0.75 L

This modern and elegant wine is a trilogy of organically farmed Monastrell, Syrah, and Merlot grape varieties. Monastrell and Merlot are vinified traditionally and separately to enhance the wine's structure and give it a longer-lasting character. The Monastrell wine then matures for 12 months in select medium-toast French oak barrels, which lend complexity to the wine without detracting from its fruity charm. Selected Syrah bunches undergo carbonic maceration in stainless steel tanks with the grapes whole and without destemming, achieving an even more aromatic wine with floral notes and a very vivid color. After fermentation at 28°C, the wine is racked and the lees are naturally decanted for three months. The final result is a true gift for the senses, thanks to the concentration captured in a bottle, capable of seducing with its aromas and nuances, its complex and intoxicating flavors.
