Cristatus BIB Rosé Wine 3L

This wine is made with selected Monastrell grapes at their peak ripeness, enhancing the variety's fresh fruit nuances. After crushing and gentle destemming, the grapes undergo skin-on maceration for 10 hours at low temperatures, and the free-run juice is bled off, where it ferments for 15–20 days. Temperatures do not exceed 16°C to preserve all the grape's primary aromas.
