Vermador Crianza red wine, 0.75 L bottle

An organic and vegan wine produced after an exhaustive selection of Monastrell grapes from small plots over 40 years old with low yields to ensure concentration and organoleptic complexity. After destemming, the wine undergoes maceration in stainless steel tanks for 25 days at a controlled temperature, with continuous pumping over. The full potency of the variety is intensified by aging the grapes for 6 to 9 months in French oak barrels, providing the wine with balanced notes, before completing the wine with bottle aging for another 12 to 18 months.
