Diapiro White Wine P. Bottle 0.75 L

With Diapiro Blanco, the winery's intention was to revive a unique variety traditionally grown in our fields: the Merseguera. For the technical team, this is a dream fulfilled, one that had been sought for several years. For this project, we used bush-trained vines planted on limestone soils at an altitude of over 650 meters. These vineyards boast controlled yields and are dry-farmed, with minimal irrigation during the hottest summer months. The climate surrounding the vineyards is continental Mediterranean, with dry winters, generally cold springs, and very warm summers dominated by cool nights, thus producing grapes with a good sugar level and a good concentration of acids and aromas.
