Diapiro Red Wine P. Bottle 0.75 L

This young red Diapiro is unique from its origins. A blend of Monastrell, a local variety from the Alicante Designation of Origin, shares the space with an elegant Syrah from selected vineyards. As a novelty, we complete the blend with a very local white variety called Merseguera, a combination in perfect harmony. After selecting the winery's best vineyards, we hand-harvest each of these varieties at the exact moment of ripeness. After destemming and lightly pressing the grapes, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at 23°C. The duration is determined for each variety. Each variety is made separately with natural yeast to obtain the highest quality, seeking distinct styles for a subsequent blend or blend.
