AMA ZURIA is a white txakoli that is only produced in exceptional vintages. Made from small Hondarrabi Zerratia grapes harvested at the end of October, it is a complex and elegant wine that is released to the market two or three years after its harvest. Its limited production and careful production process, which includes fermentation in stainless steel and French oak barrels, followed by ageing on lees and maturation for 18 months, result in a subtle, silky wine capable of stimulating sensations and feelings.
