CM Wine by Carlos Moro 75 CL

An excellent vintage, a vegetative cycle with optimal grape ripening, perfect health, and moderate production of loose, airy bunches. The vineyard is developing steadily. Wine and Vineyard CM Matarromera is a Tempranillo red wine from our vineyards, aged between 35 and 80 years, located in the highest part of the Sonsierra. These plots are very close to the CM Matarromera Winery, at an altitude of between 600 and 650 meters and planted with calcareous-clay soils. The grapes used to make this wine have been selected and hand-picked into 12-kilogram boxes. They undergo malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks and then remain for 12 months in French (65%) and American (35%) oak barrels.
