Viña Caeira is Pure Albariño. Produced in Salvaterra de Miño, in Condado do Tea. This grape is harvested manually in 12 kg boxes, as required by the vineyard's vines. Slow fermentation takes place at low temperatures to preserve the grape's aromatic integrity. After fermentation, the grape is aged on lees for approximately four months, achieving the perfect balance of acidity, freshness, and volume.

  • Viña Caeira is Pure Albariño. Produced in Salvaterra de Miño, in Condado do Tea, one of the five sub-regions protected by the Rías Baixas Designation of Origin. Finca Pesqueiras is located in the south of the province of Pontevedra, flanked by the Miño and Tea rivers, with a vineyard trellised with vines that are almost 20 years old and strongly influenced by the oceans.
