Valdelosfrailes Rosé is the result of a delicate blend of the most characteristic grapes of the Cigales region: Tempranillo, Merlot, Garnacha, Albillo, and Verdejo, which lend their distinctive character and unmistakable personality to this wine. Its production combines winemaking experience and tradition with the most advanced techniques, which enhance each variety. After the harvest, the best bunches are selected and gently and carefully pressed, achieving this unique and special color. The fermentation of the must at low temperature results in a wine with great aromatic intensity, full of flowers and fruit. Subsequently, with light aging on its fine lees, we obtain Valdelosfrailes Rosé, a complex and structured pale rosé wine that retains the freshness, fruitiness, and elegance of the best Cigales rosés.
