Authenticity of the terroir. A blend of different vineyards between 15 and 40 years old to achieve the best expression of the Ribera del Duero DO in our Emina Pasión. Sustainable and environmentally friendly viticulture. For the Emina terroir to work its magic, the winemaking process must be carried out with extreme precision. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature with periodic pumping over to gently extract all phenolic compounds. Each tank is closely monitored, and tastings are carried out daily to determine the optimal time for decanting. After malolactic fermentation, the wines begin barrel aging for at least four months in oak barrels.

• It is a red wine of the Tempranillo variety with a modern profile, produced at the Emina Winery in the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin, in which fruit and wood blend perfectly, achieving a harmonious and fruity production.
• This wine is carefully cultivated from the very beginning in the vineyard, where, thanks to microbiology, chemicals are not used, in keeping with the brand's commitment to sustainability. Once in the winery, after a brief aging in new American oak barrels, the wine is transferred to a lightweight bottle format that helps reduce its carbon footprint.
