A carefully selected spirit distilled in copper stills following traditional methods. Only freshly pressed marc is used in its production. Once received, we carefully and patiently distill it in copper stills using traditional methods and the most modern control equipment. This process is carried out using either cross-steam (Portuguese stills) or direct fire (French stills). Each distiller has a rectifier that refines and preserves the aromas of the marc.
