Matarromera Reserve Wine 75 Cl

2019 Vintage. 2019 was characterized by a colder-than-usual winter, a warm spring, and a hot, dry summer. The wines are of high quality due to the small size of the berries, very fruity with great aging capacity, and the vintage was rated excellent. Wine and Vineyard If there is one thing that characterizes Bodega Matarromera, it is its ability to produce aging wines in the Ribera del Duero. The key lies in the raw material, in the vineyard. For this wine, vines over 25 years old with moderate vegetation are chosen, resulting in smaller bunches and grapes, but with a higher concentration of color and polyphenols. These plots are located on limestone soils at an altitude of over 750 meters. Matarromera Reserva comes from Las Celadillas and Las Solanas, two estates very close to Matarromera, in Olivares de Duero (Valladolid) and are planted with traditional Tempranillo clones from the area.
