The cooperative was founded in 1961 in response to the need to unite the efforts of small winemakers and local farmers. Throughout its history, it has made significant investments and expansions to modernize its facilities and improve the quality of its products. In 1972, oak barrels were purchased for the Fondillón mother solera and a bottling plant was installed. In the 1990s, a commitment to quality was made with the creation of a technical department and an investment plan. Since 2019, the technical management has been led by Araceli Martínez. The oil mill was founded in 1998, embracing the ancient tradition of olive oil production in the area. Currently, the winery boasts advanced technology and more than 400 members, maintaining a strong commitment to sustainability and quality.
