Made with the native variety Tinta de Toro 100% from 80-year-old vines with a totally organic and environmentally friendly cultivation, where peace and tranquillity reign in the vineyard, here the magic formula is created that is hidden in the soils of the Toro Designation of Origin, poor soils where the vine will have to dig deep to obtain the minerals it needs to then express itself in the glass.

Features

• From vines over eighty years old and after malolactic fermentation in barrels, it has remained for fourteen months in new French and American oak barrels. On a cherry red background, its cherry edges combine with dense, slow-falling tears.
• The subtle notes of toffee, scrubland, cedar, aged cheese, coffee and cocoa do not overshadow the aromas of wild blackberry and candied plum that are characteristic of Tinta de Toro. On the palate, it is a powerful wine that reflects the terroir, with great smoothness and a retronasal liqueur and cocoa flavour that accompanies a very long aftertaste that invites a second sip.
