TASTING NOTES: A yellow wine with green hues. Powerful, frank and intense on the nose, with aromas of stone fruit (peach, apricot) and hints of exotic fruit (pineapple, peach) on an aniseed and slightly herbaceous background. Dry, tasty and well-balanced, with a certain meatiness and good structure on the palate. A broad, fruity and herbaceous finish, with a pleasant final bitterness characteristic of the Verdejo variety. PAIRING: Perfect to accompany a wide variety of dishes, especially white meats and fish, as well as smoked meats, rice and sushi. Ideal as an aperitif. Serving temperature between 8º C and 10º C.
