Red wine with Protected Designation of Origin Granada, untreated in barrels. Grapes: 64% TEMPRANILLO, 20% GARNACHA, 9% CABERNET SAUVIGNON and 7% SYRAH. Vintage 2019. Organoleptic characteristics: Garnet red color with ruby ribs. Medium-low layer. Clean and bright. On the nose, notes of very ripe black fruit, jam, undergrowth and aromatic herbs appear. On the palate, it is round, silky, with personality. Pleasant finish. Pairing: Cold cuts, vegetable rice dishes, pasta, fish, ... Serving temperature: between 14º C and 16º C. Alcohol: 14.5% VOL.
