The Aquitaine Wineries are born of the concern of a winemaker of Sanxenxo, a business entrepreneur who, seeing the evolution of the D.O. Rías Baixas decides to bet on this business fabric, going from the domestic winery to developing a modern wine cellar with high oenological technology, capable of transforming that delicate treasure, the Albariña grape, into an aromatic, fresh and elegant wine that satisfies the most delicate palates and demanding.
We put at your disposal our facilities for visits to the winery and vineyards by appointment, we also schedule guided tours for groups and we have rooms for celebrations and events.
History
The company was born from the dream of a winemaker from Sanxenxo who transformed a small family winery into a modern winery, supporting the development of the wine sector in the Rías Baixas DO. The family has traditionally been involved in the cultivation and production of wine in a rural setting, evolving from domestic production to the incorporation of new technologies and increased production, without losing its traditional essence.
Product types
The company primarily produces Albariño wines, such as Aquitania, Bernon, Bagoas Ledas, Legado del Fraile, Raiolas de Outono, and Aquitania Travieso. It also produces other wines, such as Aquitania Mencía, and various liqueurs, including cream liqueur, toasted liqueur, herbal liqueur, coffee liqueur, and orujo brandy. It also offers event hall rentals.
