Bodegas Bocopa was established in 1987, when a group of wineries from Alicante came together to improve the commercialization of their productions. Then it was decided to park the bulk sale and get more oriented to the bottled wine in order to give out as much of the production as possible of the wine cellars in Alicante. A decision that would be fundamental for the future of the company. Today that future is already past

History
Bodegas Bocopa was founded in 1987 by the merger of several Alicante wineries with the aim of improving the marketing of their wines, moving from bulk sales to bottling. In 1990, it was recognized as the first Association of Agricultural Grape Producers in Spain, which allowed it to move its facilities to Petrer and launch its own bottling plant. Over the years, the company has launched its own brands, received numerous awards, and has been a pioneer in the production of organic wines since 1996. It has invested in modernizing its facilities and expanded its international presence, exporting to more than 30 countries.
Product types
The company offers a wide range of wines, including red, white, sparkling, and rosé wines, vermouth, and sangria. Highlights include Marina Alta (white wine), Marina Espumante (sparkling wine), Laudum (wines of different varieties and aging), Señorío de Benidorm (organic wines), and Terreta Rosé (rosé). They also produce organic wines and non-alcoholic products.
Mission
The company's fundamental purpose is to produce quality wines that reflect Alicante's winemaking tradition, supporting local commerce, sustainability, and the region's winemaking culture. Its long-term goals include product innovation and promoting Alicante's wine culture nationally and internationally.
