VARIETIES: 100% Godello. PRODUCTION AND AGEING: Manual harvest. Maceration with skins and seeds for 24 hours, then light pressing and alcoholic fermentation in wooden foudres. We only use native yeasts. There is no pumping over or racking. TASTING: Intense golden yellow colour. Aromas of white pear, fruit and white flowers. On the palate, an explosion of sensations, broad, glyceric, with a saline touch. Silky mid-palate. Especially long aftertaste. SOIL: Loam and sandy loam with a lot of quartzite and pebble. VINEYARD: Trellised vineyards located in the highest areas, between 600 and 750 metres above sea level, with steep slopes, with a minimum age of 22 years. Its soils are poor as they are located on steep slopes, where the soil retains little water and the roots are deep.
