Black Widow White Wine Late Harvest bottle 0.50 L

100% Viura. Laguardia. Planted: 1992. Loam soil. Size: 0.16 Has. We seek a balance of grapes with a slight botrytis, raisined grapes and healthy grapes, all in equal parts. Harvest in December. The grapes are pre-fermented and macerated for 12 hours. Later, they are pressed and fermented in barrels and then aged for around 12 months.
