The vineyards on the seafront from which Martín Códax Arousa comes are cared for by winegrowers with great tradition and roots. The daily bath of the Atlantic breeze, combined with the granitic soil and the microclimate of mild temperatures typical of these vineyards, give this wine a unique flavor and characteristics. After a manual harvest, a production process is carried out with aging on lees for 18 months in stainless steel tanks. The result is a wine that reflects its terroir and the sea, which stands out for its marked saline, iodine and Atlantic character.
