Born in the heart of Monterrei, Mara Martín is also an expression of love and respect for its origin. A Godello whose grapes come from vineyards located in the valley and on the slopes of Monterrei. This combination of altitudes makes it possible to produce a fresh and enveloping wine. After a night harvest, which allows the cold collection of grapes given the continental climate of the area, a cold pressing is carried out, thus maintaining all its potential. Later, after racking, alcoholic fermentation takes place at a low temperature to maintain the fruity aromas of the varietal.
